Holding space for you

holding space.jpg

How do I write here when I have no idea how you have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic and the worldwide lockdown?

Some of you might be inconvenienced but otherwise okay. Others are living on edge as your employment and source of income are shape-shifting. Some have lost jobs. And some of you are on the front lines, putting your lives at risk every day.

Perhaps the best I can do is start precisely there: from a place of not knowing.

So, imagine that I am holding my hands in front of me, palms up, ready to hold whatever you have to say. All I can do is listen and hold the space for you.

How are you? What is on your mind these days?

Feel free to reply in the comment section below.

And if you like this idea of holding space just for listening, please carry it forward and do the same for others.

Wishing you and yours much good health!
